The prestigious Masonic Temple Building is a historic landmark located in the heart of downtown Salem.  The building is filled with a variety of businesses including retail stores, attorneys, accountants, a haunted attraction, government agencies and much more.  The five-story building was built in 1914 by the Masonic Temple Association, who still operate here to this day.  Located across from City Hall and around the corner from the new courthouse and the MBTA Salem Station on the Newburyport/Rockport line only a block away.  The building is surrounded by many restaurants, local shops and tourist attractions.  The Masonic Temple Building is also the main office of Vernet Properties, Incorporated.
