Kathy Franson has been working for Vernet Properties since 2004.  Kathy has always had a passion for real estate and construction.  She received her real estate license in 2003 and immediately got involved in real estate development.   Kathy has many years of experience managing commercial properties and building relationships with contractors and tenants alike.  She currently oversees 9 different commercial locations, with over 80 different tenants.  Kathy also serves as the office manager for Vernet Properties and oversees all things administrative.

        • Manage several commercial properties (retail and office) in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
        • Coordinate renovation projects, day-to-day maintenance and oversee contractors/vendors
